ATME-I Megatex Receives Full Support from the North Carolina Department of Commerce
The North Carolina Department of Commerce views ATME-I Megatex 2010 as an excellent opportunity for textile-related companies to experience the most advanced textile manufacturing technology in the world. Glenn Jackman, NCDOC’s Director of Textile Development, has been promoting the show to textile-related companies throughout North Carolina and comments:

ATME-I MEGATEX - American Textile Machinery Exhibition - International is the largest show of its kind in the Americas, drawing buyers of textile equipment and services to see the very best textile manufacturing technology in the world. ATME-I is one of the key international events for textile equipment buyers operators and professionals worldwide. The exhibition covers all types of textile equipment and services: dyeing, finishing, spinning, weaving, knitting, nonwovens, processing, making up and much more. It is recognized as the leading exhibition for the textile machinery, equipment, accessories, supplies and services for the yarn and fiber, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and for nonwoven manufacturing industries. The roots of this long established, four-yearly show can be traced back to 1915, when the first Southern Textile Exposition was held in Greenville, SC. Since then, the show has developed to reflect the changing face of textiles technology and production service solutions. The most recent edition of ATME-I/MEGATEX took place in Atlanta in October 2006.
